The client had already engaged the architect and the builder. The plans were drawn up and approved but her home couldn’t be built within her budget. Devastated, the client contacted us.

The team reviewed every aspect of the plan and discovered a series of oversized rooms that were enormous and well beyond what the client wanted. We also made a number of other suggestions and submitted all the changes to the client and her architect. New plans were drawn and now her builder could meet her budget.

The client also asked us to manage the build for her to ensure everything ran smoothly and remained on budget.
