Planning
Develop the Project Plan, outlining client goals. Undertake Feasibility report, risk assessment. Engage and co-ordinate consultants.
Design & Approvals
Oversee preparation of Council Development Applications. Facilitate Council Approvals and manage Private Certifier issuance of Construction Certificates to allow work to commence.
Budgeting & Costing
Establish quantities and cost estimates. Prepare and run Tender Process. Evaluation and negotiation of tenders. Finalise Budget and adjust design if required.
Construction
Engage Builder. Manage scheduling and programming. Monitor Builder’s performance to Quality Assurance standards. Evaluate Progress Claims. Handle day to day issues with the Builder. Conduct Project on/off site meetings. Deliver final project – handover to client.
